By accessing or using yourlegacy.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

YourLegacy Tech provides web design, digital branding, NFC hardware, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals. These terms govern general website use; project-specific terms are outlined in your service agreement.

YourLegacy Tech is a brand of Amper Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, designs, code, and branding) is the property of YourLegacy Tech or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

Text and data mining (added October 8, 2026). Under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 (in Spain, Article 67 of the Intellectual Property Law), YourLegacy Tech expressly reserves text and data mining, including the training of artificial intelligence models, over its documents (proposals, contracts, presentations, manuals, invoices and quotes) and over pages that contain personal data (digital cards, /links, /networking, /nfc and contact files). This reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form in /robots.txt and /.well-known/tdmrep.json. Search engines and AI assistants may still index and cite our public marketing pages. For any other use, write to contact@yourlegacy.tech.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to: transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourLegacy Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
